Embarking on her accounting journey in 2012, Glenda has accumulated over a decade of expertise in accounting and finance. With an initial career at boutique CPA firm, she refined her skills for over four years before transitioning to the dynamic landscape of publicly traded companies and Fortune 500. This pivotal shift provided her with invaluable insights, broadening her horizons and setting the stage for her next venture.

Glenda co-founded X & L CPAs, LLP, driven by her passion for public accounting. Glenda strives to provide comprehensive tax advice to affluent contacts and conducts tax research.

Dedicated to professional growth, Glenda continually enhances her skills, attaining the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation in 2019 and the prestigious CFA charter in early 2022. A graduate of the renowned Peking University in Beijing, China, Glenda's global perspective was further enriched when she pursued her MBA degree upon arriving in the U.S.

Norm Blieden, CPA - Legacy Advisor

Norm is a seasoned CPA with over 50 years of experience. He has an extensive background in both public and private sectors. He started his career at Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young, and later contributed his expertise to an oil company with over billion in revenue in the private industry. Additionally, Norm spent three years running a restaurant and bar in South Africa in earlier years, demonstrating his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Formerly the owner of Norman A. Blieden, CPA, he now serves as an advisor within our firm. Norm brings a wealth of knowledge in accounting, taxation, and business management advice. His dedication to delivering exceptional, personalized service has made him a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals. Over the decades, Norm has built lasting friendships with his clients, combining professionalism with a personal touch.

Norm holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
